The contact form on this page is the fastest route for anything: a bug, a question about your plan, a language you wish we supported. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can.

Check the FAQ first

Plans, credits, offline use, supported languages, and what happens to your data are all answered there. It is the quickest way to an answer at two in the morning.

Account and billing

Write from the address on the account, or tell us which address it uses, and we can look it up.

Reporting a bug

You do not need to write it up formally. But if you can include these, it usually saves a round of questions:

  • Which app: the desktop reader, the mobile app, or the browser extension.
  • Your operating system, and the app version if you can find it.
  • What you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected.
  • The book or language it happened in, if it seems specific to one.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

Your data

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, send a message and say so plainly. You do not need to give a reason. The privacy policy sets out what we collect and why.
