Coach asks what it needs and nothing more: what to call you, what you are learning, and how much time each day of the week realistically holds. Then it proposes a split, like a training week, and waits for you to say yes.
How much time, day by day
Twenty minutes on Tuesday, five on Thursday, nothing on Sunday. Rest days are real and Coach honours them.
What to lean on
Push a track and it appears more often and runs longer. Switch one off and it never appears again, whatever Coach thinks.
Read from where you are
Coach only builds in what your language and level can actually serve, so the plan never dangles a lesson the app cannot open.

You never see a menu.
Say yes in the morning and Coach takes the wheel. Flashcards start themselves with the right time budget already set. A lesson ends and the next one begins, with no screen in between to lose your nerve on.

A slim bar carries the day's progress and an Exit that never hides. Stop halfway and everything you finished still counts. Leaving is not failure and Coach never describes it as one.
